Job Description

  • Monitor daily financial transactions.

  • Overseeing accounting procedures like billing and invoicing.

  • Processing monthly salaries for employees.

  • Ensuring that tax processes and other financial activities follow government regulations.

  • Preparing and examining data before inputting it into general ledger accounts.

  • Recognizing and settling inconsistencies in financial records.

  • Verifying that an organization’s expenses stay within budget.

  • Working with banks, public auditors, and other external employees to keep financial records in order.

Requirements

  • Minimum Requirement Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or in a related field

  • Minimum experience of two (2) years in the related field.

  • Able to start immediately or within a short period of time

Criteria

  • Good working attitude and strong learning ability.

  • Work carefully and have a sense of responsibility

  •  Curious, good at thinking, like to solve problems in innovative ways.

  • Strong subjective initiative and flexible ability to deal with complex problems.

  • Good communication and writing skills in English.
